Program overview:
| Instruction Fully remote – 11 weeks | Live lessons + 1 on 1 Mentoring from Accessibility Expert |
| Small 4- 10 Student Cohorts | Discussion posts, live lectures, quizzes weekly |
| Experience- OTJ real world projects with private and public sector clients | Skills & Ability Focused- Functional accessibility testing & reporting |
| Guaranteed PT accessibility Job- 40 weeks | Guaranteed 1 year FT job sourcing & support |
CAT Program Goals
- Train, Certify, and prepare people with disabilities for competitive employment in tech.
- Create new Employment Opportunities using non-traditional job readiness pathways
- Increase successful case closures, employee retention, and reduce overall VR/RSA costs.
Current Certification Problems and gaps
- Exclusively Knowledge-Based
Curriculum focuses on concepts-Not the skill development for required job functions - No Functional Skill or Ability Exam
Certification earned without demonstrating functional accessibility testing skill/ability - No Live Lectures, Coaching, Mentorship, or Support
PWD can struggle with remote learning, but excel with coaching-oriented live environments. - Not A comprehensive Employment Opportunity

The CAT Program’s full tuition is just $13,875 per student.
